Sounds Like
A screaming guitar, aggressive drums, thundering bass, and raging vocals all put together in the living room of the third floor in an apartment building.
MISBORN started playing shows back in early 2007 and has been a dynamic project since. We've always experienced changes, such as the addition of our fourth member, guitarist Andrew Nasser, back in March 2006. Prior to this Misborn had been a three-piece dream among close friends.
Together, the four of us worked hard to produce music that eventually began to generate a fan-base with fresh faces – our music began to reach others. New listeners became regular concert-goers. Fans new and old have made this experience a long and rewarding one.
Being a dynamic band MISBORN has had to change and grow, as people often do. After two years, Andrew had decided to seek alternative musical opportunities and was longer a member of Misborn. We wished him the best of luck in his endeavors and have no hard feelings toward him and his decision.
What Now?
We began writing new material and analyzed our potential as, once again, a three-piece. You will be glad to know that we have decided to stick together. After having a few of our closest fans sample this new material, we are confident that the Misborn you have come to love will be loved ten times more. We will continue producing new material, which will hopefully see the light of day towards the end of this summer. Our aggressive-progressive signature sound will leave many humming and singing along.
MISBORN will be spending the upcoming months writing new misic and in the studio recording. You can track MISBORN's progress by checking out the page and SUBSCRIBING TO THE MISBORN BLOG.
Also MISBORN is in the process of designing THE OFFICIAL MisbornBand website. Although the work on the website will be slow, you can check out progress on the website at: www.MisbornBand.com. Things have been pretty good. I wish I could be there to see you guys win ... well I wanted to be there at this coming show actually but I'm giving birth soon 0.o so I wont be at any shows for about a month at least ... but come August if you guys have a show planned for then I'll be sure to make my mom babysit so I can check it out = )

I'm doin pretty good, so is rock karma. We're doing this new video update thing where myself and Steve from This Is Us are being recorded talking about upcoming shows and whatnot. It's pretty cool, you'll have to check it out when we get more up.
