Building upon the success of .inertia, they released their first album “Cast No Shadows” in 2008 which saw them acquire the local support slots for acts such as Helmet, Shihad and the Screaming Jets..... This hard work culminated in being selected to play the Gold Coast Big Day Out in 2009. After extensive touring all over the country throughout 2009, Misdirection went into the studio this year with well known alternative rock producer Matt Bartlem to produce their best and most ambitious work to date ‘Stick Around’..... .. ...... ..
