It is our sad duty to report that the Salem Town Elders finally got the best of our beloved Miss Firecracker and she has run afoul of their Puritanical hypocrisy for the last time.  On October 28th, she was dragged from her performance at the Salem Vampire's ball to face the Concerned Citizen's of Salem underground tribunal.
She was accused of "Witchery, Dark Magicks and  Sins against the Flesh ".  Seeing as how witchraft has been declared "domestic terrorism" thanks to the Patriot Act, she was tried and sentenced beyond the eyes and reach of any who could help her.
Exploiting a forgotten  Blue Law that condemns any ecydiasyst accused of Witchcraft in Salem  to be weighted with stones and tossed in the Salem Harbor to see "if the accused would float in an unnnatural manner" and thus, in the eyes of the council, prove that she was guilty of  “Sorcery most foul”

As she was dragged to the waterfront, she vowed that she would go so far as to  sell her soul to assure that someone, something would rise to avenge her and all Salems' victims of mass hysteria.  With her last dying breath, she swore that her persecutors would "Drown in a river of blood" and then, proved once and for all that she, indeed, was not a witch.
Though the other members of Black Cat Burlesque were inconsolable in their grief and mourning, they were well prepared for a tragedy such as this.  They wasted no time in retrieving her body from the murky depths of Witch City and armed with their own ancient grimoire of spells, the Nymphonomicon, they prepared the corpse for their arcane ritual of ressurrection.  While the complete detailing of the rites can not be revealed in their entirety here,  the following are portions of the rare underground footage of the death rites of Miss Firecracker and the calling forth of the avenger that her risen body is now host to, demon queen of the Thirteenth Circle, Devilicia.
