Our History of Excellence

Rich in history and social signifigance, The Miss Gay Ohio America Pageant has maintained a tradition of "Excellence" for over three decades. The Miss Gay Ohio America Organization has empowered female impersonators to achieve their personal and professional goals while providing a forum in which to express their talents, administrative skills and intelligence.

The Miss Gay Ohio America Pageant is one of the oldest running preliminaries to the Miss Gay America Pageant. Since 1973 twenty three lucky young men have captured this most prestigeous title, one of them twice. In conjunction with the state pageant, The Miss Gay Ohio America Organization hosts a multitude of preliminary pageants throughout the state of Ohio as a way of networking and scouting for the lucky individual who will become the next
