I love to travel (go see pics) going to concerts, watching horror movies, world events, politics, Mike Patton, My sweet Christopher, cats, taking pics and football (GO STEELER'S, Troy Polamalu rocks my world!)
, politics (Go Democrats!)
You Are 72% Democrat
You have a good deal of donkey running through your blood, and you're proud to be liberal.
You don't fit every Democrat stereotype, but you definitely belong in the Democrat party.
, making new friends, blogging, writing poems, listening to music, computers, strip clubs and porn. I'm currently working on a book about my experiences with people I have met on the internet. Both in person, or strictly online. I will be sharing pieces of it to people on my friends list. I'm not holding anything back, so it should be quite interesting! As soon as the writers block lifts again. Grrr.....
Music
My musical tastes change depending on my mood. I love Mike Patton anything and there's a huge list of bands he's fronted/fronting. There's Faith No More, Mr. Bungle, Tomahawk, Lovage, Fantomas, General Patton vs. The E-Xcutioners and Peeping Tom. I also like the older Metallica stuff, Pantera, Drowning Pool, Marilyn Manson,Stone Temple Pilots, Alice In Chans, Nirvana, Janis Joplin, Garbage, White Zombie/Rob Zombie, Disturbed, Audio Slave, Sound Garden, System of a Down, Tool, Nine Inch Nails, Peaches, Fiona Apple, Sara Mclaughlin,Johnny Cash, The Carpenters (laugh all you want!), Dope, and The Doors.
Here's a couple pics from Denver, when I saw Mike Patton with John Zorn and Fred Frith.
Movies
I have odd tastes in movies. Here's a sample:
Classics~I love anything Audrey Hepburn ever made, especially Love in the Afternoon, Roman Holiday, Wait Until Dark and Breakfast at Tiffany's. Also enjoy: A Summer Place, Rebel Without a Cause, Gypsy and Splendor in the Grass (breaks my heart everytime)
Horror: George Romero rocks! Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead. The Ring, 28 Days later, The Fog (original), The Thing (the remake), Stir of Echoes, Nightmare on Elm St, Halloween, Friday the 13th, Fear Dot.com.
SciFi: The Island, Dark City, Japanese Godzilla movies!! Alien, Independance Day, Escape From New York (you can make a drinking game out of it, because people are always saying to Snake "I heard you were dead").
Sappy love stories: The NoteBook, A Walk to Remember, Two Family House.
Comedies: Airplane ("I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue"! Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle
Gritty Drama: Trainspotting, Sin City, The Color Purple,Platoon,Secretary.
Television
CNN, Made,Buffy the Vampire Slayer,Cold Case, Lost, Heroes, Ghost hunters, Survivor Man, The First 48
Mike Patton, Audrey Hepburn Marilyn Monroe, Bettie Page Frank Salerno, Maury Terry. Tracey Lords. Bill Clinton, my grandma because she practically raised me and taught me how to survive on my own through hard work and being able to bullshit your way into any situation!
Janis Joplin. She lived life how she wanted to. She was a beautiful free spirit.
Tammy Faye for always keeping a smile on her face and her faith in God even as she died.
Here's the pics from our trip to Scotland in February. We got engaged on 02/08/2007!
I like getting to know new people. The only thing I ask is that people are honest with me and treat me with respect. I'm a no bullshit kind of girl. I work hard and I play hard. I like learning about new places and things. I was born and raised in Phoenix. That's probably why I like cold and rainy places. I just got over my fear of flying so now I have a traveling bug. Here's a pic of me and my sweetie on a double decker bus! It was freezing, but we had to sit on the top for the complete tourist experience! I LOVE THE UK!
..
I'm currently planning my next vacation to meet my future in laws in England. It would be nice to meet people who live places I want to visit. I met my fiance on My Space!
..
NO FUCKING JOKE! LOL, Tom should pay for our wedding, seriously!
I love music and have been a fan of Mike Patton since 1988. I like going to new cities and seeing him with whatever band or group he puts together. He likes to change it up and keep you on your toes. Here's pic of the second time I got to meet him.
..>
He's always cool to say hello too, as long as your not a drooling, babbling fan girl/boy! Some days music is all that gets me by. It allows me to vent my emotions and find some peace. My job is totally stressful. I work as a customer service rep in a call center for an insurance company.
..
So I am a great actress. I am great at acting like I give a shit, most days. It's a dirty job, but someones got to do it. I love classic cars, but don't have the time or funds to indulge. I finally had to give up on my 1978 Chevy Nova a few years back (tear). I like any type of cars with a classic feel. I just bought the car of my dreams a 2006 red VW bug! She's SOO cute and super fast. I've never owned a new car! She is my baby.
..
I also love: watching and discussing classic movies, I worship Audrey Hepburn, reading biographies and true crime novels, Taking photos: this one is my favorite!
writing short stories, my blog and journaling, traveling to new places cuz I'm a world traveller now (LOL), Mike Patton, I LOVE CATS!, I would die without: Diet Pepsi, Cigs, porn, stripclubs, Internet(duh,) I like to fuck with peoples minds and Plotting mass destruction (WAIT! I'm not the president. I can't do that!) I'm blissfully in love with my guy, Christopher.
..
He's my soul mate. There have never been two people more made for each other or in love. THANK GOD FOR THE INTERNET! I'm big on conspiracies.
..
I believe there's a conspiracy for everything. We want to spend our honeymoon at Lochness! Nessy rocks!
I believe in Big Foot too!
I hate: strangers saying my name, large crowds, liars, drug addicts (especially if they don't share, j/k), rude people, people singing at me, and dogs that are big enough to knock me down and rape me!
I spend a lot of time online.
This is the cause of my life. It is a key reason that I defied my illness last summer to speak at the Democratic convention in Denver—to support Barack Obama, but also to make sure, as I said, "that we will break the old gridlock and guarantee that every American...will have decent, quality health care as a fundamental right and not just a privilege." For four decades I have carried this cause—from the floor of the United States Senate to every part of this country. It has never been merely a question of policy; it goes to the heart of my belief in a just society. Now the issue has more meaning for me—and more urgency—than ever before. But it's always been deeply personal, because the importance of health care has been a recurrent lesson throughout most of my 77 years.
President Obama celebrates his birthday Tuesday by bringing the Senate Democratic caucus to The White House for lunch, to deliver a message everyone in the room knows all too well: Failure is not an option on health care.
