Sunday, May 17, 2009, Miss Gay Heart Of America 2009, An Official Regional Preliminary to Miss Gay America 2010, crowned a new member to the family, Coco Montrese. The Pageant was held once again in Omaha, Nebraska, at 'The MAX'. Our theme this year was "A Fairy Tale in the Heart of America". Miss Gay Heart Of America 2008, Jade Sinclair, and MGA 2009, Victoria DePaula, crowned Coco Montrese, Miss Gay Heart Of America 2009. It was a pageant weekend not to miss. There was a 'Miss Gay Heart Of America Revue Show' on Saturday, May 16, 2009, at 'The MAX'. The Revue Show started at 7:00 pm and ended at 9:00 pm. It was absolutely spectacular. From the e-mails and letters we've received, it is apparent that Cocktail Entertainment and the MGHOA Family showed Omaha, NE, a weekend of style and grace - 'True EXCELLENCE in the artform of female impersonation' as one patron put it. Thanks to all who participated and helped out in any way!!!
