The theory that men are not born with the talents of paintind and drawing ,is a belief I have held for many years, because if this were true why as an artist would I have spent so many years working hard and studying everything from anatomy,light,perspective etc...Oh how I wish I was born with it, then maybe I would not have been so desperate to express myself!...refreshing indeed to hear such a fine and inspirational artist as Mr Gluck to advocate this.

What a great book, it really is revitalizing my view point as an artist and is encouraging me to write and create music again.
