Love music, love dnb, hiphop, garage, and anything that makes me think or makes my body want to move ;-)
Nothing gives me more satisfaction than the bass therapy I get from mixing on the decks, so I started to build up my much loved vinyl collection of old and new skool dnb, jungle, hiphop & garage quite a few years back when I seriously put some effort into mixing and found my style.
While on the road of discovery, I came across graffiti, the artwork I have seen and witnessed being done has made me look at it in a whole new light. Artists like Such/Des, Ame, Rocket, Didi, URoots Collective and many, many more have opened my eyes in such a way that I have become slightly addicted!.......
Drum and bass/jungle; I adore jungle/dnb and since I discovered it about 1992, I have seen it change in many ways; the sound, the equipment used to make and mix and also the attitudes on the scene.....
Dj's and producers have changed my life in such a way I will never forget!! Respect going out to all the dj's from way back when! ****Big thanks to the dj who made my younger years what they were!; DJ EasyD, my good friend, for steering me in the right direction and always showing up at my gigs and giving me his full support!.......****
Also the same support if not greater is from the best graff artist I know; Such aka Des! Please check out his work (see my friends list) as he has not only wrote and done fantastic pieces emerging from the early 80's but has put his soul into it! Love goes his way forever!.....
Got some collaborations with sculpture artists in Paris going on and try to go out there as often as I can - time permitting!! Being part of a collective based over in Paris, I hope to represent them more thorughout the UK & Europe. Since the beginning; I soon came to realise my truest & greatest love was and is: Music & art!!!
