I am definietly known for being a "Broadway Baby." I also enjoy older music from the 60s through the early 90s. After that, grunge and pop almost completely ruined the music industry (in my opinion). I love the typical gay divas - Cher, Liza Minnelli, Judy Garland, Bette Midler, and lesser known diva named Linda Eder. I've also developed a recent love for Carol King and Carly Simon. And this is a special "shout out" to my dear friend Sara Elise Wells. She is the most talented alto I have ever had the privilege to hear. Boys and Girls, now you know where I got my name from!
Movies
First and foremost, XANADU! Also Terms of Endearment and Steel Magnolias! I love Shirley Maclaine!
Television
I don't have time for TV much, but when I do I try to watch Law and Order as MUCH as possible! I also like The Daily Show with John Stewart and The Colbert Report - both on Comedy Central.
Books
There is no greater sin than IGNORANCE. ~ Rudyard Kipling
Coincidence is just God in sunglasses and a fake moustache. ~ Gena Rowlands
About me: A brief drag history...I have been performing in drag in the city of St. Louis for over five years now. I dressed in drag for the first time on Halloween (as so many of us have) in 2002. I began my performance career a month later at Faces on 4th Street in the Wednesday night amateur show. After a mere nine months I moved up to co-host that show and as a cast member on Sunday nights. I then turned twenty-one and joined the Diamond Dolls on Friday and Saturday nights! After a whirlwind year of four performances a week, I was asked to be the first Show Director at SPOT Bar and Grill which made me the youngest show director in the state. Despite a successful show, that bar closed after being open less than a year. Upon a suggestion, I decided to enter the world of drag pageantry. Since then I have worked as a guest in every bar with a drag show in and around the City of St. Louis and have traveled to entertain audiences throughout the entire Midwest region including: Columbia, Springfield, St. Joseph, Cape Girardeau, Kirksville, Kansas City, MO; Carbondale, IL; and Grand Rapids, MI.
Currently you can see me in guest appearances at Attitudes, Bastille, The Complex, Just John, Bubby and Sissy's and others. Always check out my calendar!
I am also very pleased to announce that I have been chosen to be Vice President of Marketing/Public Relations and Secretary for Pride St. Louis, Inc. I believe that this is a great position for me within the organization and look forward to help produce an AMAZING 30th Anniversary PrideFest!

John Varvatos is doing a competetion for a band to get signed and perform NYC Fashion Week. We thought , ok, there is no way we're going to get chosen considering all the bands sound like "bubble gum let's have thanksgiving dinner."
But being the artist I am and having the band I do, we we're like FUCK it. We'll submit.
Awesome news is, they Accepted us!
So now we have our foot in the race, but that is just the beginning.
If you are an advocate for CHANGE and are tired of the same BULLSHIT! Let's do this together!
