Congratulations to our own Amber Etheridge. She was just chosen as one of St. Louis' Top Singles. She will be featured in St. Louis magazine. This is a well deserved honor. I am so excited for her!!!

Only a few days until competition and unfortunatly sweating our rear ends off (the forcast predicts a heat wave on Thursday). However, I still can't wait to sweat off a few pounds and see everyone!
