FOSTERING OPPORTUNITIES
If you are interested in fostering one of these dogs and can meet MPR's fostering requirements please complete an application to foster. (Please add "foster for MPR" where it asks to select a dog to adopt).
MPR does not place two dogs of the same sex in a home. All vet bills will be paid for by MPR, crates and food will also be provided. Foster homes cannot be in a city with BSL.
ISAR will be hosting a Skype presentation on Wednesday, September 30th entitled "Unpublished insights into United States v. Stevens" - the case in which a lower federal appeals court held unconstitutional the federal statute criminalizing the making, selling or possessing depictions of "crush videos" and other torture and killing of animals.
