General
I adore my family and friends!! Love fascinates me. Relationships intrigue me :) I just love people in general, what can I say? I enjoy hanging out with my girlfriends and having dinner at our favorite places :) :) MUSIC!! is a huge part of who I am. I can talk about it for HOURS! I love make-up! I've done make-up for a few of my girlfriends for them on their wedding day and I had so much fun! Who knows? Maybe you'll see me as the interim make-up artist on a make-over show in the future and recognize me? :) I LOVE the beach and everything that goes with it. New places, foreign countries, different cultures and ethnic food. People-watching is a fav if I get tired of shopping :) The conversations that come out of that are always interesting!

It's hard to say. My musical tastes are so random... I'm not ashamed to say that I'm a Top 20's listener - I enjoy not knowing what's coming on the radio next and guessing the artist/title. So.. a lot of my favorites are songs, but not necessarily the artist. It takes a lot for me to truly appreciate an artist for their style, it's more than just their music, but that's another conversation :) A few I really like are... Duran Duran, Rihanna, Colbie Caillat, Mat Kearney, Rob Thomas, The Police (Sting), Prince, Bon Jovi, Rascal Flatts, U2, Switchfoot, James Taylor, Harry Connick, Jr., Fleetwood Mac, Hillsong United, Natasha Bedingfield, Michael Jackson, Corinne Bailey Rae, Don Henley, JT. Just about anything 80's - it's when I grew up :)

My Mom, Aunt, and my sweet Grandmother - they've all taught me quite a bit about strength. My Grandfather - he's the kindest man I know.
About me: I'm a southern girl. It won't take you long to figure that one out! I have a little of the sass that comes with that. I live in the Chicago area, but grew up in Alabama, so it's still close to my heart. I enjoy Alabama football and fishing occasionally with my Dad :) Oh, how I miss the warm weather!! I love music - you can probably catch me singing or dancing in the car at any given moment... it's really funny and definitely embarrassing :) I love God with all my heart and BELIEVE in love! Love always wins...it makes people do crazy things, though:) Figuring people out is a challenge for me...the mysterious ones are my favorite. I'm not a domestic goddess, but I am a pretty good hostess - I love having people over:) Traveling is a passion of mine. My job has taken me all over... so many cool places and countries...not to mention that I get to work with the best students EVER! RMC Rocks!

Who I'd like to meet: I would love to one day meet the little boy I sponsor in India. Maybe Mother Theresa and Condoleezza Rice. Honestly, I think I'd like to meet Marilyn Monroe - she was so beautiful and her life ended too soon... I would've liked to interview her. Ummm...definitely the man that would have my last first kiss :)
