Whats up People! My name is Mista C and I am a singer, songwriter and vocal coach. I would first like to offer my deepest gratitude to my teacher Daisaku Ikeda, without whom I may never have become aware of the enormous potential I possess. He once said that music, art and culture have the power to transform society. And as his student these words have been the motivation behind everything I do.
Back in March 2005 I created the Jazzfly live music showcase, which some of you might have heard about and perhaps even performed at! Check it out on www.myspace.com/jazzfly. At first I was doing it totally alone, but then I had the incredible good fortune to bump into a very beautiful lady called 'Baby Sol' and with her support, the event has quickly become a much loved part of London's live music scene.
This page is really about me getting back to being me. Jazzfly's is lot more stable now, three amazing new spirits, Kristine Skovli, Kester Fraser and Dyana Dokmanovic have since joined the team and look set to take the event to new and greater heights. As for me, I'm itching to get back into the studio and back in front of the mic.
I'm not in it to win it as they say. Just looking to connect with some like minds who're more interested in enjoying the game.
