Especialista en el (ab)uso del sampler y la extracción de audio de cualquier procedencia, tras más de una década saqueando sonidos ajenos, vía sampler y scratch en proyectos de hip hop y electrónica callejera de los que quedan como testimonio, algunas compilaciones, maquetas, vinilos white label e innumerables presentaciones pogt (a.k.a. Mistah Pok) comienza a laborar como dj todo terreno y remezclador mercenario. Y si Thomas de Quincey consideraba al asesinato una de las bellas artes, o Arthur Schopenhauer hacía lo propio con el insulto ¿Por qué no dignificar el plagio como creación artística? Después de (re) leer The manual de los KLF, a principios del 2002, pogt se decide por matar el tiempo mezclando sus gustos musicales de una forma mas insolente y divertida: Los Bootlegs o Mash ups. Encontrando así lo que siempre había buscado: La originalidad en la copia descarada y descubriendo un público más agradecido y menos dogmático: El de las fiestas. A finales de este mismo año, se integra a Ghettoblaster con JaET y Ted, el primer colectivo de productores de mash ups en México.
