Born into Reggae music straight out of Kingston Jamaica live uptown in Kingston 8 area known as White Hall Ave. Went to Swallowfield All Age, went on to Kingston Secondary then on to Excelsior High where he observed the King Yellow Man performing at Tastee Talent Contest. That was when he realized music was his destiny. He started to chant on local sound systems in the area king challenger with the likes of Pap Lloyd, Daddy Freddie, occassionally Beenie Man Red Dragon Lizard, Risto Benji, Pincher, Sanchez to name a few. Migrated to Toronto, Canada in 1982 and started a new sound in Reggae called Dance Hall Root which earned him ten nominations in the Canadian Reggae Music Awards show 10 years in a row-which he won on four occassions including Entertainer of the Year. MISTAH-MAJAH-P is not just a DJ, but a well rounded entertainer. He sings, he dances, he chants, he is also an actor, a very humble Rasta man and a very polite person. Very entertaining on stage-full of energy. Every he goes, he is loved, he is very easy to work with, very flexible. If you want to dance, laugh, sing or just hang out and have a good time, then you have to experience MISTAH-MAJAH-P! I guarantee you will be fulfilled. He is also a comic, he wil make you laugh, he has performed all the USA as well as Canada, Jamica and England. Loves doing charity work and loves working with children and the elderly.
