Mr. Bidet is a punk rock band hailing from the streets of Brantford, Ontario. The Bands “skull-crushing” punk style is founded on loud and aggressive, yet intricately played guitar rhythms. These tasty riffs are backed by tight, slamming drum beats and bass. With the influence of reggae and metal clearly evident, plus the edition of Joey’s new trumpets skills, this punk band has a dynamic unlike any other. This raw but sharp mix of sound is fused with powerful melodic vocal passages, which serve to unite the band’s musical ability with their social and environmental conscience.
After starting the band for fun back in high school, and recording a 5 song EP entitled “Burn This CD and We’ll Burn Your House Down”, the boys of Mr. Bidet have now grown up and are starting to take the band to the next level. After being on somewhat of a hiatus, because of different members going away to different schools, the band got back together and recorded their first full length album “When They All Fall” which was released last summer. Having not being signed to a label (yet) the band went with the ‘do it yourself’ approach to distributing the CD, selling CDs at shows and directly from its members. The album shows a true sense of maturity in the bands writing ability as each song on the album keeps the listener wanting more. With an education under their belts, Mr. Bidet is now ready to pursue their true passion – writing and playing music, and have already started working on a new album that they hope to release in 2010.

Hey! We're very excited to announce that we will be celebrating the launch of the 1st video and single from our upcoming album, The Character Assassination of Madilynn Easthope, with a party at The Blue Moon Pub (725 Queen St. E.) in Toronto on Friday, Oct. 2nd, 2009. We will be performing songs from the new record and screening the video for the audience that night.
