My dad, Grandfather (the late great Billy King), uncle Frank, Uncle Ray, my kids, your kids and other great pop/rock music form the 70's and 80's like the Beatles, Kiss, Men at Work, Kraftwerk, Klaatu, Yes, Nirvana, Harry Chapin, Weird Al (oh, yeah!), Van Halen, MTV, TV shows (like Star Trek and saturday morning cartoons), games...you know...the stuff that still makes me feel like a kid.
Sounds Like
Did you ever wonder what it would sound like if Neil Young, ZZ Top, the B-52’s and Smashmouth were locked up together in recording studio and told they couldn’t come out until they recorded a bunch of fun, award wining, educational songs for kids?
Probably not, but if they ever did...it would sound a lot like MR. BILLY!
Yep I have a MySpace page that I update myself, a little stripped down since I
had to remove a lot of the typical bells and whistles. Why? Well, to be honest I had to decide if I wanted to spend time all my time updating MySpace or writing, recording and performing. Guess which activities won?
I now spend any free time I have on Twitter and FaceBook (which I can update from my phone on the way to gigs and stuff), you can interact with me there or you can always find news and info at my own website
www.misterbilly.com.
Oh yeah, and I play in two new bands too. One for kids called PLAYGROUND and one for grown-ups, an 1980's retro band called M80
My music is available at www.CDBaby.com and
iTunes. Please do not friend, comment or message me here, I won’t be checking
this page very often any more, sorry. Anyway, thanks for stopping by! Hope to see you at a show or on my Twitter and FaceBook sites
GRUNT, SNORT, SNOOT, this is wild boar Willy! It seems that I am the only wild boar here at MySpace. Take a look at my latest musicvideo here on MySpace. You can also see me live on the internet at wildtiere-live Stay tuned and see how I cast out the deer at our animal park. Why don..t you just come over to the Tierpark Hellental (my home - my castle)? Thanks for our boar-y friendship! Yours, Wild Boar Willy PS: In Germany they call me "Keiler Kalle"!
