Mister Lyrikz is a Pewter/ Platinum “party going” Miniature Schnauzer, but by no means does “miniature“ measure his capabilities. Born ..h, 2001, this puppy of German descent was destined for stardom. Named affectionately after his Mom's first love of poetry, Mister Lyrikz was released to the plush pace of the entertainment industry very young.
His early months were spent in various SoHo, Coach & PO..bag purses traveling to elite nite clubs, swanky restaurants and VIP parties, but mostly to his mom’s live productions, interviews & infamous private readings. Mister Lyrikz was only eight weeks old when he began trotting behind his mother on stage, sitting proudly as she performed her poetry. Mister Lyrikz enjoyed being with the poetry’s elite, but he became more fascinated with their diverse style of dress. Almost overnight, Mister Lyrikz fell in love with art and music - but only for his own kind.
His mother sensed this and arranged for her son to study abroad at The Fee..line Fashion Institute. It was at the award winning School of K9 Art Design where Mister Lyrikz challenged his Schnauzer style & skill. He desired to write and paint about topics exclusively tailored to animals who were a breed above the rest. After graduating with gravy bone honors, Mister Lyrikz headed back to New Orleans eager to share his "INK" and paint with dogs (and even humans) all over the world. Mister Lyriks has also painted several pieces for his mom's .. art boutique EnticingObjects.com
With his mother now following behind him proudly taking notes, Mister Lyrikz tackled fashion, art and social issues for his own kind.
Besides being over security ML is the world’s first Hip Hop dog Columnist, Mister Lyrikz is also an advocate for heartworm prevention and hydrant sanitation.
Which is why his current job is made just for him. Mister Lyrikz latest venture pairs him with his mother's brand new interactive web world (LipServiceInk.com)as her very first doggie columnist. "BARK BEEF" covers the ins and outs of being a middle class dog in an " Dog eat Dog " world now living in Houston, Texas due to Hurricane Katrina.
