.. S.T.I.N.K (Survived Taught Ignorance Now King) is a self- described “Artist for Real”. With a securely established reputation as one of the most talented visual artist of today, S.T.I.N.K manifests lyrics with the same approach he applies to his visual art. Relative to the era when Hip Hop reflected a cohesive mesh of rhymes, graffiti, dee-jaying and break dancing, S.T.I.N.K stays true to the under lying aesthetics of the essence of Hip Hop. .. Born in the Parkside section of Camden, N.J., S.T.I.N.K found himself immersed in the culture of Hip Hop as a youth. Although he was initially consumed with the art of graffiti and break dancing he eventually gravitated towards the microphone and he’s kept a tight grip ever-since. Currently living and representing Orlando FL, S.T.I.N.K attributes his new sound and style to his integration into the culture of the south. While remaining true to his Jersey swagger the influence of the sound of the south allows him to integrate new dimensions into his arsenal of rhymes while expanding his track selections. .. While juggling his visual arts company Nakimalon Arts Inc. and his music career S.T.I.N.K released his first body of work in 2004. His Strictly Swiftness mix tape was an undeniable display of witty lyrics, versatile styles and broad subject matters. Released independently under Serious Knock Entertainment, if not for the limited resources and his self admitted lackadaisical effort promoting the album it had the potential to launch his career into the next millennium. Having a plethora of unreleased recordings sitting idle his second album “Pieces of a Dream” was released in 2007. Although the creative aspect of the project far exceeded the mindless, redundant and bland nature of most of today’s successful rappers it suffered from the same deficiencies of his first release. .. Known for his wit and humor the self described “Flow Frazier” envisions himself behind the scenes writing for other artist. He acknowledges that his passion to be a Hip Hop artist is slowly declining as the culture of Hip Hop has steadily disappeared. It’s quite clear S.T.I.N.K is amongst the few truly talented writers in the game today, demonstrating the ability to construct movies with words and capture any given subject in rhyme form. .. .. Along with long time friend/ producer D.J Pocket, S.T.I.N.K is set to release his third full length LP entitled Flow Frazier. With a heightened sense of urgency and unequivocal desire to be recognized in the game, S.T.I.N.K put his sketch pad to the side and focused strictly on his notepad. His creative writing skill is more prominent than ever before and D.J Pocket demonstrates an obvious advance in production. Expect to see and hear an impressive display of art and sound from this duo from 2009 and beyond. In the words of the self dubbed Mic Manson, “The fans we have established will finally get what they have been waiting for, the rest of yall will be getting something you never saw coming”. .. ..
