I know that many artists from North America don't have their music videos uploaded to German video websites. The most popular websites are MyVideo.de and ClipFish.de. That means your European audience does not have the chance to find them.
I understand that most of you don't speak German and are not able to upload videos because of the language barrier. If you would like me to upload your videos to the German video websites, please let me know.

Did you know there is only 3 weeks remaining until all entries for the 2009 Golden Saddle Awards must be submitted.
All independent country music artists that have commercially released physically product (CDs, CD Singles or EPs) between February 1st 2008 and January 31st 2009, and reside in Queensland, New South Wales, ACT or Victoria have less than 3 weeks to get their submissions in.
For the first time ever, the awards has $5000 cash prize.
The awards final will be held in conjunction with Rooty Hill RSL on Saturday 12th September 2009, during their brand new country music festival.
All entries MUST be submitted by 5pm Monday 1st June 2009.

haha why yes i have made some progress!lol i went to Davids bridal and they dont have the sizes we need in the dress so we are going to have them altered! it we are going in on thursday the 23 of April. and it will only take them a few days to get them done! :) and i found some ties at the mens wearhouse but im not sure if its the correct color!lol anything you need me to do for you? please let me know:) love you mitin!

Hi Mistin. Tamworth was AMAZING!!! Just got home a couple days ago and already miss everyone. Spent 2 extra days this year and packed so much into each day...what memories! So where were you? I asked Terry about you. Wish you could have been there, at least for the Tomkins Showcase. It was in Blazes this year and was an awesome show!! Now it's time to plan for Nashville in June. I wonder what Aussies will be coming over?

Some interesting info for you, if your music is with APRA.
ASCAP is the rights organization in the US. Their bill of rights state.
-We have the right to license our works and control the ways in which they are used.
-We have the right to choose when and where our creative works may be used for free.
Contact APRA and ask them why these freedoms that are available to artists in the US are not available to artists in Australia.
Do you want a real business of music that is able compete with the system in the US? Do you want your content to allways be priced at the same price as large bands like the red hot chilly pepars? Why do you have no choice? is the union of APRA positive for your music when every home has an internet connection and the internet is a copy machine? Did you write your songs to be heard or to get a royalty? Don't you need the right to make your work free when the publishers reject it? Why do US composers and songwriters demand these rights?
Australian artists can join and transfer to ASCAP. You just have to send in a paper application form, rather than join online. My thoughts are that you would be able to do more with tunes, with these rights within your community than the ones you have with APRA.
