Parenting, photography, books, movies, intelligent conversations. I love puzzles of any kind - cryptograms are my favorite. I also have a weird obsession with geography.

Heroes
My little brother Jake, because he's the highest quality person I've ever known. My Aunt Bev, for raising 3 kids as a single mother on a very low income, and for taking in 2 kids who weren't her own. My sister-in-law Carrie, for being Supermom. My Grandpa Kelly, for raising 8 kids, 4 stepkids, several grandkids, and managing to retain his sense of humor until the very end.
I'm the mother to two beautiful, engaging boys, and they are the most important part of my life. Logan is 4--he's the practical joker, and Brody is 2--he's the dramatic. I'm the wife of a charming, patient man with a great sense of humor (and very cute ears). I have 3 brothers: Jake is 25, Brandon is 20, and Nate is 3. I also have two baby sisters; Kloi is 1 and Sam was born in February. I love reading and taking pictures. I try always to be reasonable, fair and honest, and sometimes being a bit too honest gets me into trouble. I like to think of myself as intelligent, but sometimes the chaos of motherhood gets the best of me and I come off as a rambling lunatic. I'm very protective of my family. I'm a loyal friend - most of my current friends have been around since high school, and I've had some of them since childhood. I am not a people person, so it generally takes a while for me to make friends with someone, and I sometimes come off as less-than-friendly, even when I'm trying to be nice.
Who I'd like to meet: Bruce Lee. He could do the most amazing things I've ever seen, and he had a contagiously positive personality. If you ever get a chance to watch one of his interviews, do it! Also Bill Gates and Oprah Winfrey, because they've done so much to increase awareness on so many crucial issues.
