Through my love of poetry I met Saltcoats musician, Ed Walker, and together we worked on The Betsy Miller Project which is a collaboration of music and poetry telling the story of Captain Betsy Miller, the Worlds First Woman Sea Captain. This resulted in the the release of The Betsy Miller CD which received favourable media and government interest. The Betsy story is ongoing with much work being carried out behind the scenes to have Betsy's name elevated to its rightful place in Scottish History. You can read more about Betsy and listen to tracks from the CD on the Betsy Miller My Space Site (see my top friends) and also some interesting reading and guests gracing the pages of the Official Betsy Miller Web Site...at http://www.betsymiller.net

Just some shots of the scenes at Hampden when 'The Boss' came to town.... He was amazing, did three hours non stop and still looked fresh at the end of the night... Definitely a night to remember!
