About me:
My name is Mitchel. Usually the name is spelled "Mitchell," but my parents dropped the extra "L" for reasons undisclosed to the hesitant nurse that wrote it on my birth certificate. There may be sufficient reason for me to believe that I make people uncomfortable, there may not be. Either way, I feel as though I do. Writing about the impossible and making it feel probable is something I thoroughly enjoy, despite my inability to finish writing a novel or script.I delight in sleeping, pecan pie, good films, steampunk, video games, mockumentaries, stand-up comedy, understanding things, rusty antiques, clear thinking, fresh music, earth tones, heavy rain, coziness, and accents.
Some of my friends say I'm funny, but I think that's a vicious lie. I do tend to be pessimistically comedic, though.
