1. Multimedia skills--totally need help, but I don't know with what yet, because... I'm not sure what I even need to ask let alone what answers I need. Pah.

Oh, I'm fully aware about the consequences by using that meme. I've seen that meme before and I'm familiar with both of those websites. But I don't live online, so I don't really get exposed to these sort of shenanigans very often. And besides, this former coworker applied well to the joke, so I found it to be quite funny. And you should know, I hate the Simpsons a hella lot, so the fact that I'm using one of their characters as a template for this douchebag in an overplayed meme, well it translated to pure ironic gold in my book.
