About me: Melbourne's most WANTED breakdance and hiphop dance crews battle and showcase their flava at Arts House North Melbourne Town Hall, Saturday June 30th.
WANTED- is the third in a series of youth events organized by Mixedgen, a group of ten community minded friends who come from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds who live on or have a connection to the North Richmond Housing Estate.
All b-boys and b-girls battling at WANTED will be officially battling for a chance to represent Melbourne at the upcoming 4th Annual Australian B-Boy Championships (ABC'S).
WANTED is the eliminator event for the ABC's - so if you want to prevent FRESHSOX CREW getting a hat trick and taking it out three years running, Forget talkin the talk, walk the b-boy walk at WANTED!
The 4th Annual Australian B-Boy Championships (ABC'S) will be held at Melbourne Music Academy August 4th 2007 and will be judged by some of Miami's best- Flearock and Legacy (currently touring in Gwen Stefani's Australasian Tour)
Giving you what you WANT on the dancefloor will be Nomadic Funk (poppers and lockers), Hollabak crew AND battling for the chance to rep vic at "ABC's" will be 8 killer breaking crews.
WANTED will also see 4 of the best Hip Hop dance crews battle it out in a showcase comp.
Embracing all elements of hip hop culture, WANTED will also feature local MC's, Dragonfly who will be hosting an open mic, local femcees, Hiatus and CJ and Korboi, two emerging Sudanese and Liberian rappers will also show and prove their mic skills.
Resident club Dj and veteran of providing the soundtrack to many a breaking battle, DJ Bacon will grace the decks. Hosting the night will be Sydneys notorious MC Thorn.
Crews that have entered the battles so far are - K O Crew, Mobb Crew, Pokedots, Anarchy Tribe, Jigsaw, Push IT Till u igNite, Virus, Young Survivers, Let Loose, Delinkwentz

hey, i know, i know, its a little gay, but guess who i saw in concert the other night?
