I'm a mixed media painter because I hate to throw out a newspaper everyday. I started grabbing big sections to stick onto paintings so it wouldn't get thrown away. And thus my new style was born.
So when I paint I usually do mixed media. For me that's a combination of the aforementioned newspaper, acrylic paint, and ink. Apply liberally to canvas and stir. ( : So to speak.
When I write (which I haven't been doing too much of lately) it's usually genre fiction. Preferably paranormal romance flavored. What can I say? It's fun to write.
