What is the The MIX?
A brief history... Art In Music is the parent company of the The Mix and Khaos Studios. And also operates ER Arts, a non-profit arts company, which is all located under one roof the emerging business district of Georgetown. By day it's Georgetown's only dedicated art gallery and in the evening becomes a kick back, lounge with movie screenings, concerts and other activities. We host private events, seminars and workshops.
Khaos Studios is a full on professional ProTools recording studio, which also offers video production and other multi-media services. The goal of all this is not just about being able to serve mean cocktails, but to create a place with a great vibe, creative atmosphere and a place for good networking. Many that have strolled in for a cocktail have recorded albums here! So if you haven't been down...you should come check out what is truly one of the most unique places in Seattle.
