I did this piece (Pen and Ink) around the time my wife's grandmother passed away. I understood and felt her pain, because I also lose people very close to my heart. I drew the angel after the likeness of my lil' brotha, Colby. Since he was there when I started the piece. So this piece is full of love and pain.....R.I.P. to all the Grandmothers who have returned to the Heavens.
