Hey Miz, How have you been? It's been real busy here preparing for Corkfest and the Day of the Dead art shows and playing with numerous bands. It looks like I'm going to have a permanent position with the Memphis P-Tails. Also played great shows recently with Joe Daddy and Felix y los Gatos.
Still working on getting our P-T cruiser fixed after a fender bender a couple weeks ago. The other driver who was at fault wanted to keep the insurance companies out of it. But so far he has only come up with half the cost of the repairs.
We're very exited because my daughter Aiysha is going to come up for a visit at the end of the month.
'A Day in the Country' set for June 6 A Day in the Country folk art show and sale will be held at the Morehead Conference Center on First Street in Morehead Kentucky from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 6.
A Day in the Country 2009 will bring more than 50 self-taught artists from 10 states together to display and offer their work for sale. Visitors to the show can expect to find wood carvings, stone carvings, paintings, and more.
