Micah {Mjl} Lewis (born October 9, 1992 in Memphis, Tennessee), has always had a passion for music. At the age of 9 he started to rap and write his own music. Being brought up around a music Family made him have a passion for music .Mjl grew up in north Memphis a neighborhood surrounded by trouble Despite of that he rose above it but sometimes trouble seems to cross paths with him. At the age of 13 he got his first Microphone as a gift from his father and also was introduced to fruity loops which is a beat making software. He started off Making beats just for fun and raping off of them alot of people around him were feeling his beat so he then began to Get serious about his craft. Months later he started to post his songs on websites like sound click and MySpace. Getting Positive reviews He then established a fan base on MySpace getting thousands of plays. He is currently 16 and is working Very hard and Focusing on a mission to stamp his imprint onto the music industry to make sure you never forget his name MJL.
