Mary Katherine graduated Magna Cum Laude from Regis Jesuit High School Class of 07 and received Commendation for National Merit Scholarship. She is in her second semester at the University of Southern California. She plans to double major in Music Industry and Business and possibly minor in songwriting and/or vocal. Growing up, she performed in over 30 musicals and straight plays in the Colorado and Arizona community. Radio Disney employed her to make solo performances at regional events and venues including Channel 9 and Channel 7 broadcasts, the Colorado Convention Center , Heritage Square, Denver Zoo , Fillmore Plaza, Colorado Mills, Southwest Plaza, and the Wildlife Experience. She has also performed solo concerts for several major organizations including Kaiser Permanente, Volkswagen of America, YMCA, Denver Zoo, Children's Hospital, College Invest, and Destination Imagination . Her songs have been played on Radio Disney AM 1690 , and she was an opening act for the Kenny Rogers/ John Elway Celebration concert at Coors Amphitheater, opened for Craig Morgan at a Diaz-Infante/Mark Schlereth celebrity gala concert, and opened for Sabrina Bryan of Disney's Cheetah Girls. She recently performed at the Pure By Choice Rally at the Denver Coliseum and sang the national anthem at the Rocky Mountain Grand Prix (06), the CHSAA Boys 4A and 5A State Championship Basketball Games (06), the Denver Nuggets Game (06, 07), the Colorado Rockies game (06, 07), and the Colorado Drug Investigators Association Annual Conference (06). Last summer, she finished recording her first EP with four of her own original songs, which she published under her BMI publishing company, MK Golden Music. Her CD is available for purchase on CD Baby and iTunes.
In November, she was asked on the spot to perform Amazing Grace accapella to open for Immaculee Ilibagaza (Rwandan Holocaust survivor and author of Left To Tell- of Oprah, 60 minutes, and her Acadamy Award nominated documentary) at her soldout Newman Center talk!!! Mary Katherine also is a member of Chalice at Saint Thomas More and cantors often. She has sung at at two weddings to this day... The most memorable will likely be the Coors-Tynan wedding, which her cousin Casey Tynan (the groom) requested her to sing. She received the Young Entrepreneur Award from the National Federation of Independent Business and received a congratulatory letter from Tom Tancredo. Mary Katherine is currently working on new material- watch for upcoming singer/songwriter showcases at SC!

I just want to let you know that I am so proud of you for getting into USC! Although, I will still stand behind the Fighting Irish when the Trojans play them...maybe I will come out for the game if the play at USC:) But anyways sweetie, I want you to know that I love you to death and so lucky to have a little cousin that is as incredible as you:) Also...we need to get to the gym and quick:)

The songs sound awesome! They're a good length to get a feel for each one, but if you could put the entire songs up that would be cool because I wanna hear the whole thing! and eminem is so not attractive :)
