MLB Music is an American Independent hip hop/rap record label. It was Founded in 1997 in New York City by Collin Cash. MLB Music original started as a production company know as MLB (Major League beats) and with success in production, it was later reconstructed in 2002 into an Independent label. The current MLB Music roster includes F.C.F (Family Comes First): T-Rell, La Kid, Shypon. These artists can be currently found on the MLB Music "Bases Loaded" mixtape, also several of the biggest DJ's in hip hop, east to west such as DJ Superstar Jay, DJ Raze One, 20 Grand and DJ Green Lantern to name a few. MLB Music follows with a close eye on the current state of hip hop and vows to change it and the world. Starting with its first act, Family Comes First which already has been featured on the DJ Green Lanterns: Myspace Invasion series. Where DJ Green Lantern selects the hottest artist out and puts his stamp on them. With great success on Myspace Invasion Part one, they were also featured on the other two albums making them the only artist to appear in the series. MLB Music is currently working on a new Independent Album tentatively titled "MLB Music Presents: The New CEO Of Hip Hop" and Family Comes First's first album as well as you can currently see both MLB Music and F.C.F prominently featured on several DVDs current available in any media outlet.
