Our 5000 sq. foot Richmond Virginia facility features state of the art equipment and over 10 professional instructors. Offering MMA Training, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Strength and Conditioning, Judo, Submission Wrestling, Sambo, Kettlebell Training and Fighter Yoga, our Richmond Virginia location gives you the ultimate in training options. We also feature a Kids Program designed around building children’s self esteem while instructing practical self defense. Private instruction with any instructor is available.
MMA Institute Winchester, VA
Our Winchester location offers MMA Training, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Strength and Conditioning, Women’s Self Defense and Kids Instruction. The over 9000 sq foot facility features a full size MMA Cage, full size boxing ring and seemingly limitless activity space. Led by head instructor George Wehby, MMAI Winchester offers you a complete martial arts experience.
MMA Institute Harrisonburg, VA
The area’s only Mixed Martial Arts fight team, MMAI Harrisonburg features MMA Training, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Strength and Conditioning, Submission Wrestling, and Kettlebell fitness classes. Housed in a new 6000 sq. foot facility, MMAI Harrisonburg has a full sized boxing ring and ample activity space.
