MentalMetal® established in June 2002. We make new custom out of the ordinary products that you just don't find anywhere. We've focused on the lack of truly custom hardware available for guitars and bass, and we've designed and released the new "patent pending" playing series aluminum drumsticks. We are also making precision tattoo machines to be released soon, if you tattoo or know someone who does you'll definitly want to check out the new tattoo machines coming soon. We started out developing and manufacturing extreme custom knobs and pulls along with our strap locks and custom strap lock pop-er caps for guitars and basses. Our goal was to get out of the ordinary plain jane mass produced guitar knobs, and offer a style and expression not found anywhere but MentalMetal®! Our custom knobs are cnc machined from aluminum or brass bar and then polished to a mirror finish for the ultimate in quality and looks!
Soon after we made or polished aluminum Award series drumsticks! Still available and awesome for collectors, awards or practice pad warm up sessions. "Makes a perfect gift for any drummer!" After that we went to developing a playing series aluminum drumstick that had awesome sound and was durable, balanced, unbreakable, badass looking, and still efficient to play with as far as wear and tear factors of skins, rims, cymbals and hand fatigue. Theres lots of new products to be released for 2009 such as the new playing series aluminum drumsticks, State of the art Tattoo Machines, More guitar and bass knobs and also more billet motorcycle accessories.
