About me:
Well...where to begin. My name is Megan, I live in St. Louis w/ my boyfriend Matt and our shih tzu, Begbie. Work wise, I am a professional fund raiser/grant writer, and work a statewide education and cultural organization. I also do freelance grant writing and consulting on the side.
I love to knit, dance, sing, plant stuff in dirt and pray it doesn't die (some ppl might call it gardening...), read, cook, act, getting lost in the vast depths of wikipedia, spending hours in yarn stores fondling all the yummy specialty yarns, art, music, shoes, having health insurance, dansko clogs, thrift stores, craig's list, learning just for the sake learning, using words like loquacious, pink flamingos, yard gnomes, anything kitschy, etc...etc...ad infinitum. I like being me.
On February 26, 2008, Paul and Emily(my brother and sister-in-law) were kind enough to bring a beautiful baby boy into this world and make me an Aunite. His name is Sean Andrew Cahill and he is so cute. I absolutely adore him, he is wonderful!
So for the most part...Life is good...
