Since the first official gig in October of 2003, Mini Motor Punch's highly energetic and entertaining live shows have helped them quickly become a regional favorite. Over the past 4 years, MMP has played many festivals & "high profile" events. Mini Motor Punch's unique blend of R&B/Soul/Funk induced Rock has led them to be local & main support for an array of great international artists including; Peter Frampton, King's X, Dickie Betts & Great Southern, Kim Mitchell, The English Beat, Lou Gramm, BR-549, Gomez, The Samples, & Smile Empty Soul, among many others. Community and charity events have also been a mainstay in the MMP event calendar with involvement with Robby Takac's "Music is Art" foundation, raising money for local schools, "Friends of the people of the night" food drive with McCarthyism, and every fall the "Billo Lake Jam" to benefit Leukemia and Lymphoma society.
Mini Motor Punch has sold out of its first pressing of their debut CD - "Marshmallow Piggybank," which was released in January of 2006.
New CD with current line-up coming Fall 2008
Mini Motor Punch was honored to be October 2006's "Feature Artist of The Month" on The Homegrown Show on Buffalo's 97 Rock.

What's being said about Mini Motor Punch's new CD and Live performances:
"Mini Motor Punch, using a mélange of influences including shades as diverse as Stevie Wonder, Red Hot Chili Peppers, George Clinton funk and maybe Van Morrison like crooning the sound is like no other band aound. “Sizebot”, “All Good” and “Mankilla” are staples of their live set and crowd favorites that are welcomed to finally be available on disc. The pseudo rap and slinky guitars on “Heart Of A Man” proves a winner as well. “3V’s” and “Somethings” complete the disc. This one comes highly recommended. "
- Bob Silvestri
“Mini Motor Punch is soul-tinged, groove-centric rock.”

"These guys are entertaining as hell. Really sick funk-ass grooves and a lead singer who at first looks like a drunken frat boy about to sing karaoke, but quickly impresses with a Prince-like (Wean-like?) party voice and very entertaining stage presence. These guys also have an awesome bass sound and two rippin guitars... "
Just wanted to say hi... Sorry I've been MIA, but it's been a very tough few weeks for me... I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the band for a great year of music! I miss you boys dearly! Hope all is well, and that our paths will cross very soon... ~NL
I am so glad that you support FacesForACure and are one of my friends. Together I know that we will band together, unite our community and do wonderful things to help heal those with cancer.
Also, whether you are a mother or have plans for your mother this weekend, I would like to personally wish you a Happy Mother's Day weekend, and hope your special day for yourself or your mother is absolutely fantastic, I know I have a special day planned for Mom.
What can you do to support facesforacure.com further?
Check out FacesForACure.Com and consider adding to the digital mosaic that I am working diligently to fill up completely. The wall stands for strength, motivation and inspiration to aid the healing of the millions of cancer fighters out there.
When the wall is full, half of the proceeds will go straight to Cancer Research to help aid the discovery of the cure. At that point, another wall will be opened up so we can continue to create a visual of our strong community.
Looking forward to a casual saunter down the Thruway to "Ra-cha-cha" with y'all this Saturday. Should be fun. By the way, does this jump suit make me look fat?
