Anti-War Committee's Blurbs |
About me:
The Anti-War Committee is a volunteer-driven organization based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The AWC's mission is to organize a broad-based peace and social justice movement which stands in solidarity with those communities, here and abroad, who are unjustly and cruelly affected by U.S. foreign policies. Our values are manifest in our core principles of self-determination for all oppressed peoples and countries, and peace through justice.
Please see http://a.w.cmte.googlepages.com/backgroundontheawc for extended background information on the Anti-War Committee.
For information, resources, links, and event details, please visit our website, antiwarcommittee.org.
We meet every Thursday at 7 p.m. at 1313 5th St. SE, room 102A, in Minneapolis. New members are always welcome.
