Goofing off, making art, running, home improvement stuff, cooking, yard work, music, anything outside, playing with our dogs, hanging out with great people.
Music
Basically, I enjoy most music. Big fan of Americana, Country (the old classics from Waylon, Willie, and Johnny especially), Bluegrass, and underground alternative. Love Wilco, TV on the Radio, Bright Eyes, Drive by Truckers, and Sunvolt just to name a few. Oh, and I can't forget the everybodyfields!
Movies
I watched "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" the other day. It's directed by Philip Kauffman and was very good. I also saw "The Rape of Europa" which was about the pillaging by Nazi's of artworks during WWII.
Television
Where's the time?!?!?
Books
I've been reading "Let Us Now Praise Famous Men" by James Agee, which is dense, but wonderful with his allusions and metaphorical way of writing. Also just finished "The Lost Museum" which was very enlightening.
Heroes
My parents, my husband, and people who stand up for what they believe in even if they are the only one among hundreds.

Hey! Moz and I were on Market Square for a while... we had a pretty low-key holiday. Speaking of holidays, I think we're gonna have an xmas party when Noodle and Katherine are back in town. You guys have to come too.
Hey Jennifer, sorry it took me so long to get back to you! I don't get to my myspace much nowadays. But yes, here I am in fair-weathered Kansas and making the best of it. Its great so far, I love the job and my peers so no complaints. How are things with you, gearing up for you exhibit? Hope all is well there in TN, maybe you'll find my comment sooner than I found yours!
Hey! Glad to hear from you! Just been doing the usual. That's awesome that you're teaching so much this semester... squeeze in a trip to Knoxville sometime, will ya? Did you see the Damien Hirst auction news?
hey gurlie! I see you are headed to Nashville! YAY! I miss Nashville. Too bad all of us weren't there at the same time...Middle Tennessee wouldn't know what hit it!
Hey Jennifer, just wanted you to know that I'm thinking about you guys and hoping that Stew is on the road to recovery from his recent procedure. Sounds like they took out a whole bunch of stuff! Stew is definitely in my prayers!!! I know it will take awhile and that he will be out of work until he is back to normal. I'm still not recovered yet myself (check my profile when you get a chance, it will give you all the details). So please continue to keep me in your prayers too.
I'm really glad I got to see you two dayz in a row! I had fun with you guys last night & I'm glad you got to see Rackle... it's probably been a really long time!
I'm coming to Knoxville tomorrow! Let me know if you're busy. Maybe we can meet up somehow. I'm going with another friend and we're staying with one of her friends though.
