A major catalyst for change in me has been Margaret Becker's latest book, "Coming Up For Air" (CUFA).
I'll buy the book for you or loan a copy to you, i'm that serious about this book!! She talks about her journey of transitioning from full time "recording artist" to singer, songwriter, producer, speaker, and reconnecting with the people and things that are important to her. The way the books is written made me feel like i was right there with her through this process. I also attended a CUFA "Anti Conference" which has connected me with an awesome group of women and men from all over the country.
