Mobius Trip is an up-and-coming improvisational, dub-fusion group with a fresh new sound. Encompassing a wide range of genres, their shows are filled with funk, upbeat tempos, and a pulsing but laid-back groove.
Since forming, The Trip has been performing frequently at local bars, clubs and other venues in the Rochester, New York area. In addition to a constantly expanding repertoire of original tunes, and unique renditions of classics, the band also dances through experimental set-lists, transitions and versions of songs. In short, although Mobius Trip is always dependable for a relentlessly funky performance, no two shows are ever the same.
Mobius Trip looks forward to releasing their first studio album in the summer of 2009, and continuing to play and jam as much as humanly as possible.
