  • Bio

Anybody that can rhyme can call themselves a rapper. Anyone who uses auto tune can call themselves a singer. Aimed to strive harder, Mob Royalle carefully constructed his materials while inspired by other hip-hop artists, such as Tupac, B.I.G., Tech N9ne, Dr. Dre, Eminem, and Rakim. Titled 'Runnin Tha Streetz' this first premiere mixtape was released in September 2009 and it experienced a magnificent outcome. .. Born as Mark Anthony Jones in Philadelphia PA, Mob Royalle soon moved and was raised and educated in a small suburban town that had few minorities and really no urban culture. Like many kids of this generation, Mob grew up without knowing who is father was. “My mother has been disabled for as long as I can remember with multiple sclerosis and I had to grow up before my time taking care of her,” Mob said modestly. All of these factors caused him to realize that the man he was destined to become would be shaped only by his own will. .. Mob Royalle’s mother sang all of her life in choirs. She sparked her son’s interest so much that he went on to perform in church by the age of 8. “I wanted to be a cowboy, so I taught myself to play the guitar and harmonica. I was suddenly bored with the harmonica within months and dropped it but the guitar stuck with me all my life, even after the ‘cowboy phase’ ended,” Mob explains. His mother also encouraged and mentored him in vocal performances, encouraging choir activity throughout school and performing alongside her son for some events. Mob Royalle has participated in charitable functions sponsored by NAACP, as well as others including but not limited to focusing on raising the awareness of human trafficking. .. “I have good things to say that people may or may not have heard before. But most do not agree to listen unless you can entertain them at the same time. So in my music you’ll find street bangers, raw anthems, deep philosophical tracks, club/party songs, and at times some controversial viewpoints, all mixed in with the other stuff,” Mob states. .. And wherever Mob Royalle goes, he already has quite a story to tell. .. ..............
