About me:

Mode Ink. was conceived by my bud Shannon and me about 3 years ago. We wanted to have our own business, a company in which we had total creative control. We both have careers in creative fields. I'm a producer, sound designer & composer for video games, bands and other artists. Shannon is a licensed Esthetician (Facials, waxing, makeup) and a terrific artist. She knows color like no other!

We are both interested in clothing and I was too poor when I was young to afford nice threads. So of course now I like to dress to the nines when I can! We decided to start a T-shirt company and we dubbed it Mode Apparel. The name kind of evolved into Mode Ink. from a design I created and because one of our DBAs is Mode Inc. Anyway, Mode means High Fashion in Italian and Ink is our Business. Essentially high fashion ink is our BIZ.

Our designs are influenced by music, art and everything around us. We do all the designing and screen printing right out of our shop in Long Beach, California.
