I attend SUNY Albany as a Journalism major with a Public Affairs concentration. I minor in business. I am a member of the co-ed national sales and marketing fraternity, Pi Sigma Epsilon. I was the pledgemaster/pledge educator for the Spring '08 pledge class (Alpha Mu's). I am also a member of the Dance Council. I graduate in May '09 with my BA.
I'm a promotional model locally for several beer and liquor promotions agencies, but I have worked with national agencies as well, such as Affinity Models and Talent, Encore Nationwide and Kandu Staffing. Most recently I have been staffing, managing and supervising promotions for Street Teams USA. I have done many different types of promotions. Some are listed below:
PROMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE:
1/09- Amstel and Heineken Ski Promo at Gore Mountain- raffled off great prizes for ski season lovers, including a ski helmet and a pair of Amstel Skis. Sampled Heinekin Light. (via Preston)
11/08- Warren Miller film premier afterparty with the Corona SnpwBunnies at Jillians in Albany. Entered consumers into drawing for ski tickets, promoted corona specials and the Wii Ski. (via Beloved Experiential)
10/08- present: Various liquor promos on and off premise including Stoli, Absolut, Jack Daniels; Bonterra and Fetzer wine tastings, Moet and Chandon Champagne samplings; Smithwicks, Amstel and Heineken beer samplings, etc. (via Several Local Liquor Promotions Agencies)
09/08- Moet and Hennessey premier event- Chef and staff at a new Lake Placid resort cooked and served samplings of the restaurant menu for magazine and newspaper writers. Several wines were paired with these foods as well. The event was sponsored by Moet-Hennessey. I served as a cocktail waitress, a champagne passer and assisted with making sure the evening went smoothly for the venue. (via PMC)
09/08- SoCo and Lime Free Music Festival @ Altamont Fairgrounds. Worked the Designated Driver tent, providing free soda and water to those pledging to be sober drivers for the night. Provided cab ride vouchers for those too intoxicated to drive at night's end. (via Mowalla)
08/08- Blackberry presents John Mayer Tour @ SPAC. Managed a team of 20 promotions staff for a large branding event at the John Myaer concert including interactive stations and taking photos of consumers. (via Jim Dellaria)
08/08- American Idols Live Tour @ Times Union center. Took pictures of consumers at the event and Provided online codes for consumers to retrieve photos. American Idol trivia for prizes. (via EPS)
07/08- Event Assistant @ Albany Marriott for product demo seminar. Signed in seminar attendees and collected required documents. Assisted seminar presenter with lighting, faxing of documents, distribution of lunch, coordinating paperwork and presenting seminar attendees with free gift at end of session. Scheduled attendees for demo consultation at end of event.

06-07/08- Twisted Tea promotion at Pearl Street Live Event in Albany- Provided samples of Twisted Tea during outdoor concert series to promote sale of beverage as alternate to beer. (via Encore Nationwide)
05/08- Amstel Light promotion at Capital Hills Golf Course in Albany NY- Provided Amstel Light Beers to golfers in the bar area to demonstrate taste difference between Amstel and that of other Light beers that were being consumed. Golfers had chance to win t-shirts by playing PGA Tour on the Wii. Random drawing of names for three Amstel Brand golf-related prizes.

I won a contest in 2006 which placed me in the HELIOS HOMETOWN HOTTIES salon's calendar.
I have a broad range of dance experience as well: Jazz, Modern and HipHop. I attended SUNY Potsdam for two years as a dance major and choreographed/performed in the musical revue "Broadway Nights". I also choreographed/danced for "Coyote Nights" at Cheers Bar and Grille in Colonie from January to Jul7 06. Now, I am the current Dance Team Coordinator for the Cool Cat DJ Entertainment packages.
I was formally trained in Cosmetology at Albany VoTec and received my temporary license after 1000 hours of schooling. I did not go on to get licensed by the state, but I do my own hair and make-up.
I was formerly a Hooters Girl at the Hooters of Albany, and I also used to bartend and perform choreographed dances at CHEERS in colonie.
