About Mode Radio and Ladymode

Originally from Atlanta, GA, Ladymode was known as MsE and was involved in the electronic music scene there. MsE created and hosted Atlanta's only drum 'n' bass radio show, "Subterranean," for 5 years. "Subterranean" is still on the air today. MsE also was in charge of The Beatcollaborative, a crew of female DJs who threw events in Atlanta, including artists such as Spacek and DB. After getting married and moving to the Bay Area, MsE realized she still wanted to be involved in electronic music and had a whole lot of recordings of "Subterranean" that she didn't know what to do with. So she changed her name to Ladymode [because she wasn't MsE; she was MrsE :)] and created mode.radio to re-broadcast these shows. The mode.radio podcast is featured in iTunes under mode.radio and on the web at http://moderadio.mypodcast.com. She later created the "Debut Series" which features new DJ sets from all over the world. Finally, Ladymode started her own sets, called "AM" (now "Mixtape"). Ladymode has now started dabbling in producing her own tracks, which are featured on this myspace page. Check in every week for new tracks and new podcasts!
