The power trio from Ontario, who has earned a loyal fan following earlier in their music career as Dame brings to the table a more mature style and sound.
The unpretentious threesome is headed-up by Katee Lee, who dominates the bass and provides astounding vocals far beyond her years. Kayla Faye is nothing less captivating to watch, as she punishes the drums and loses herself in the lyrics. Newest member, Ali Stead, the bands axe-man has raised the bar and consistently gives commanding performances as she and her guitars exude almost every emotion there is.
Since 2006 the girls have grabbed the attention of several music magazines and celebrities, including The Hour’s talk show host George Stroumboulopoulos. He speaks highly and often of the band, features their song “Cyclops” on his My Space page, and plays their music regularly on his Sunday night radio show.
They’ve also won the respect of veteran producer, songwriter, and musician Greg Godovitz. As talk show host of CFRB’s Rock Talk and founder of the band Goddo, Greg has said, “As far as I'm concerned their age and gender doesn't factor into the overall equation. They can play, sing, and write as good, if not better, than most acts in their musical genre. These guys (?) rock!" His comment is astute, for these girls can hold their own and play with any of the male-dominated progressive rock bands out there, and not miss a beat.

For those of you who have not heard them live they are a rare gem who can bring the studio sound to the stage!!! I sat in the Russel Hotel many years ago and listened to a
upcoming band called RUSH! This trio DAME reminded me of that show where a young drummer stole the show and with great guitar and vocals and bass leads that rarely

Dame - Intervention Review
I first came across Dame about six months ago on their MySpace account. From the first moment I heard their material, I was intrigued by the maturity coming from these
three young Canadian women. I messaged them and got a quick reply. I was given "Intervention" by their management team.....and WOW! I immediatly put the entire CD in
our "hot rotation" on Imagefm.ca. The response has been overwhelming, with listeners regularly requesting Intervention and other tracks from the EP. I do not like to focus
on ones' age (especially bands) but I have to say that in my 29 years as a broadcaster/programmer, I have never heard teenage musicians EVER come out with material like
Intervention. I would highly recommend Dame's Intervention EP to any music programmer in the Canadian radio industry.
I rate the Dame-Intervention EP "10 stars across the board!"

I would like to share with you something I was moved to write::
I hope you are doing great my friends... and i hope you are copeing with MJ's flight into the heavens.... We are all sadden and hurt.. but we must keep the faith.. as Michael Says, and keep going and show how he has touched our lives. I'am proud to be a Michael Jackson Fan...from the beginning to the end.. i have never lost faith in Mike and i never will... Please allow me to walk beside Michael and be like a shadow to him... I'am happy that individuals feel that i sound like him,, and remind them of his sweet voice... But there is only one Michael Jackson, and their will never be another... He's a icon of epic porportions... I'am glad to of been the generation that got to see him up close and witness his magic... I'am always thinking of you Michael day and night.. and i only hope you are looking down on us, and never leave us alone....for we are not alone... You have givin us the opportunity to see the limits of Gods power when he bless someone with a Gift... You are surely a work of Art, a Masterpiece that is glorious to behold. Your entire body would execute moves that would boggle the mind... and dazzle one's eyes. How can we not watch you when you are in your Zone... The Stage bow down to you , and the Mic sings your praises.. We have heard you and we believe you were from God... and have returned to live forever in his kindom. I can almost see the angels saluting you as you walked thru the gates of heavens.. i hear the applouds of every angle in heaven as you walked towards God to recieve your crown, and your robe made of light.
