Code of Conduct.
1) Members at all times must be able to have the crack.
2) Meetings are weekly at 6pm on saturday.
3) During meeting times any words spoken beginning with S must be repeated 3x

5) Never high five a member of HFC
6) If a member calls "sambuca time" a shot must be downed, each member has 1 call per day.
7) New members have to attend a 4 panel interview prior to membership
8) All members must be greeted with the secret handshake
9) Catholic girls get fast-track through the membership process.
10) Members must be single, if your status changes you must give 4 weeks notice to the chairman, IN WRITING
11) If you cannot attend a SSS meeting, you must give 2 weeks verbal notice to a member of the panel. Failure to do so will result in a disciplinary procedure.
12) NEVER EVER BACK DOOR A FELLOW MEMBER OF THE SSSCREW ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUVE ALREADY BEEN NOTIFIED!!!!
13) you must make a contribution to the group, both online and in public! :)
14) If a SSS official member sleeps with somebody from the HFC, they instantly become elected to the panel of the board.
15) we will not tolerate any nonsense of any other cults Who try and test!!! Bcoz youve guessed it , they'll get told to OOOOKKKK OFF!

St. Bernards Grange is recently refurbished Two For One pub with lots to offer. In what used to be a manor house which belonged to Windbushes Bakery, the unusual name comes from the fact that St Bernard dogs used to be bred here. Decorated in a contemporary style with neutral, easy on the eye colours such as browns & creams. The bar area has comfortable lounge seating and sofas so you can relax with a drink alone or with friends, or maybe enjoy a cup of Fairtrade coffee and take advantage of our free wireless internet access, there are plenty of power point to charge your lap-top up on. Our 110 cover restaurant offers an informal dining experience, with food served from our fantastic Two for One menu, which can also be enjoyed in the bar. The Two for One deal lets you simply order two adult main meals and get the cheapest one free. First rate facilities allow easy access and excellent amenities for everybody. We are very attractive to families with young and older children as the pub has a superb Fun House and outdoor play area. The Fun House is available to children under 4ft 9ins tall and has all the best games and safe equipment. Our friendly team are always ready to welcome you.

Electroflex have been back in the studio following a break from gigging and recording with new track ‘Computer Virus’.
This is the first of a series of new releases for 2009, and what better day to start on than Liz’s Birthday!
‘Computer Virus’ is a live favourite. Anyone forced to work with computers will know how evil they are and this track is Electroflex’s response to Kraftwerk’s ‘Its More Fun to Compute’. It is a bouncy number with a serious bassline, sing-along chorus and a selection of curious samples.
The track will only be up on Myspace in full for a short time. Alternatively, visit our Facebook and iLike pages where you can add the song to you playlists
