The Mohanty-Mallon Duet, based in Burlington, Vermont, is comprised of saxophonist Kate Mohanty and vibraphonist Andrew Mallon. Their music is largely influenced by the free jazz movement; especially by musicians such as John Coltrane, Eric Dolphy, Ornette Coleman, Don Cherry, Peter Brotzmann, and Derek Bailey. It is based on free improvisation and is therefore always completely improvised.

hey kate, sounds cool. i dig it. very theatrical, you should add a dancer to the show, maybe a cartoon, i defiantly some sort of character moving to this.
