Well lets see a bit about me: I'm married (26yrs) and have 2 boys 23 and 20. Both will be in college Sept 2006. The 20yr old is a trumpet player and plays Jazz. Not my music of choice but love to listen to him play. I have a homebased business which allowed me to stay home with the boys. I am challenged with health issues so have been able to work on 'feeling' better as well. One day at a time.

As you may notice I am a Kalan Porter Fan. If you want to see amazing talent you just have to check him out. I was able to travel all over Ontario in 2005 and even to Calgary to see him in concert. I travel with a group of ladies known as the "Boomers and Hens".. we are the 'not so young fans'..:)...and we are having a blast on the various road trips we have been on. I thank Kalan for bringing music into my life when I needed "something" to destract me from lifes challenges. He brought me not only music but a group of people to my life that are life long friends.

..Pet Causes

.. I have an eye condition called Retinitis Pigmentosa. This condition leads to blindness and many inflicted with it do have some vision, as is my case. I have limited visual fields, ie tunnel vision but what I see I see reasonably well, however I do use a white cane on occasion to identify me as having low vision. I find people identify the white cane with those having NO VISION which is not the case.
