"There was so much music on Beale Street, so many styles of a traditional genre that has stood the test of time. It was like a blues heaven" .... As Winners of the 2009 Big Bend Blues Competition sponsored by Pomeroy Blues, & Jazz Society. Mojo Theory was honored to again join in the gathering of blues musicians from around the world taking part on Beale Street January 20-23, 2010 at the 26th annual International Blues Challenge sponsored by the Blues Foundation. Making Mojo Theory a repeat participant in one of the highest honors a blues band can receive. And Mojo Theory did it 2 years in a row!
