Moksha is a 3 piece Alternative/Rock band with a big sound and a versatile selection of original material mixed with a growing list of cover tunes. Though we have been together for less than a year we have played a number of Western North Carolina venues including The Back Room in Hendersonville, Fred's Speakeasy, and most recently The Orange Peel. We have been featured on Asheville's underground music television show "Mount Dungeon." Our song "We Breathe" has charted up to number 2 on the Indie/Alternative section at Soundclick.com and "Paper Skin" has received airplay on 93.3's FM radio show "Upstate Unsigned." We are also currently in the process of finalizing our first batch of original songs which we recorded and will be releasing independently. We feel that we have made great progress as a band over such a short time together, and we are very optimistic about the future. If you would be interested in booking us please contact Jake Gardner at (828) 280-7704 or contact us here at Myspace.
We look forward to hearing from you!
